Hello MJfam! My name is Magdalena but feel free to call me Magda. I am a devoted Polish fan of the best singer in the world. The man who brought us all here.

Most of you will probably know me from MJJB which I joined when I felt I couldn't handle my sorrow and pain alone. I will forever miss my first and beloved MJ forum but I am also so glad and grateful for the idea of creating MJJE and I truly hope that this place will keep us together.

I became a fan of Michael in 1991. The word "obsession" would not be enough here to describe my feelings for him back when I was a teenager. This led to the best day of my life, which was seeing Michael live in 1996. Something I will never ever forget. I'm still obsessed, only much older now My younger sister once gave me the best compliment in the world saying that because of me she knows no songs for children for our house was only full of Michael's music 24/7. As some of you may already know, my two absolutely favourite songs are Who Is It and The Way You Make Me Feel but my heart skips a beat as well when I hear 'Smooth Criminal,' 'The Lady In My Life,' 'Dangerous,' 'Break of Dawn,' 'Torture,' 'Lovely One,' 'Heartbreak Hotel,' 'Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'' or 'Take Me Back'.

I live and work in Poland, my passion is traveling, taking photos, reading English Victorian novels, watching F1. My fave TV shows are 'Friends,' 'Dexter,' 'True Blood' and 'Scrubs'. My second idol is Darren Hayes from Savage Garden, I love his music immensely.

I believe that you will mostly see me in the 'He's Got The Look' section because that's where I like to spend most of my time. Looking forward to some nice chats and fun with all of you, guys just remember that we're all in here for L.O.V.E.

Chamone (Fan-Fiction Moderator)

Hi, I’m Cat, I’m 33 and from Germany. I’m more than thrilled to be a fan fiction moderator now because that’s my biggest passion and Expressions of Passion is a great and truly amazing section of MJJE.

What’s to know about me apart from Michael? I love books. I love to cook. I get easily addicted to US TV shows, the latest is The Big Bang Theory. I stopped counting of how often I watched Spin City (the Michael J Fox years), Ally McBeal, North and South (it’s tacky, I know), Friends and Sex and the City.

I regret that I was too young in the 1980s to be part of the time when Michael changed the world of music and pop culture forever. Being one who discovered the man behind the music late, only to realize he was nothing like the media presented him to be, I suck up everything long-time fans tell about these magical times, and I’m glad and thankful for all I’ve learned on MJ boards. It’s one reason why I think the fan community must stay strong and active, besides the battles that need to be fought now. And why we need MJJE, besides the fun we’re having and the friends we’re making.

Michael brings together so many people from different continents and backgrounds and I will forever be grateful to him for that. Because of him, I’ve met some extraordinary, funny and caring people. There’s so much more to come, and a legacy to preserve and carry on like no other. I look forward to being part of that, together with all of you!

Mandy (Founder, Jr. Administrator)

Hello MJ fanmily! My name is Mandy and I’m a 20 year-old University student living in British Columbia, Canada. Michael found his way into my life many years ago. I can still recall my first memory of him as a zombie in Thriller. I was only 4 years old and needless to say, that short film terrified me for years. Apart from that, I loved his music as a child and I now realize just how lucky I was to have had relatives that were fans of his. After moving to Canada, Michael was no longer at the forefront and I drifted away from him. My older brother did me a big favour by showing me Speed Demon on YouTube about 5 years ago. That was the beginning of a beautiful journey. I developed a deep and unmatched love for Michael and I haven’t looked back since.

When Michael had announced “This Is It,” I was completely caught up in the mania. I came across MJJB, and after a month of lurking, I joined. I never could’ve imagined what would sadly take place a few months later. Michael’s passing was unimaginable and devastating. I was so thankful to have a place to express my grief and sorrow as the outside world misunderstands everything about Michael and his fans. The news of MJJB’s closure was difficult to accept as I didn’t want to say goodbye to the place that had become a haven. Once I and my fellow future MJJE team members deliberated, we decided that we wanted to form our own community. I’m very proud of what we’ve accomplished so far and I know we can only go up from here. We hope you’ll be able to open your hearts to us just as MJJB did when we joined. Let’s continue to maintain the legacy of a beautiful man who did so much and asked for nothing in return.

Marri (Founder, Fan-Fiction Moderator)

I'm Marri, and I'm a 22-year-old college student majoring in English. I am a twin, and I live in the US, Arkansas. I've been a fan of Michael Jackson ever since I was 4. It's amazing because my mother was a fan of his, and she watched everything Michael and Jackson 5 in the house. I remember picking up the Thriller album for the very first time and fell in love. Michael was actually my first boyfriend before I even knew what relationship were about...but hey!

First, as a fan fiction moderator, I'd like to say that I'm an addict and I love the art of writing. You can catch me all over the board, but mostly in the ff section patrolling. I am here to make friends as that is what I love to do and if anyone would like to talk anytime about anything, you can always PM; however, as a founder, I am here as well to help keep things running smoothly for everyone. Now since the closing of MJJB, I'd like to thank every last one of my teammates, Selina, Ashlee, Magda, Line, Sarah, Shannon, MaJa, Mandy and Michelle for all the hard work for us all coming together for our new home to keep Michael's Legacy alive. I feel like I have a second family here all because of Michael and I love you all. I'd never imagined being a part of a forum and although I'm sad of MJJB closing, I'm thrilled over MJJE, my second home. Here I hope to continue adding people to my MJ family.

Greetings from Florida!!

I'm Michelle, and while I'm originally from the Caribbean, I currently reside in sunny Florida. As a kid, I remember watching Michael perform at the Grammy's and being completely mesmerized. Sure I knew about him, but it was from that moment on that I respected and adored both him and his talent. I marvelled at his humanitarian efforts and his quest to make the world a better place; he lived it, he didn't just preach it and I loved that. It definitely helps that my family always liked and respected Michael too.

When Michael died, I wanted to interact with others who felt the loss just as deeply as I did, and found a home at MJJBoard. It was a great environment, very supportive and balanced. That was my first MJ board so it will always hold a place in my heart, along with those with whom I posted. Ultimately, it's still very therapeutic for me to be among Michael fans on a daily basis, so it's a real joy to continue his legacy through MJJEternal, especially with most of the team from MJJB.

When I'm not working or spending time with my loved ones, I like to dance, play the piano, read, travel, create graphics, debate politics, and sometimes do absolutely nothing at all!

Welcome to MJJEternal, and see ya around the board!

Hey everyone, I'm Ashlee. I'm 24 and a recent college grad living in Florida, USA. I have been a fan of Michael's music since the 90s. Will You Be There has a special place in my heart because it was the first song I ever heard (well remember hearing lol). Of course I associate it with Free Willy (that was like my movie at the time). My family aren't huge fans of his, so it's pretty hard for me to be able to talk to about him. But as I got older, I became a fan of the man himself. His dedication in helping to make the world a bettter place in every way possible is admiring and a positive influence. He really was one in a million.

When the news of his passing was known, I didn't think it was going to affect me so much. I was shocked and crushed. I had to find somewhere to talk about my feelings. I joined MJJBoard back in September of 2009. I actually lurked for a month before joining. I wasn't expecting to stay, but I did and I'm glad I did. MJJB brought such a welcoming feeling and I met some pretty awesome people. Upon hearing the closure of MJJB, I was in tears and didn't know what I was going to do once it closed. When a group of us started talking about forming a new board, I jumped on the train immediately. I'm honored to be working alongside some amazing people I met (and worked with) through MJJB and I plan to take with me the memories created at our last home as we continue Michael's legacy here at MJJ Eternal. In the words of the King, “It's an adventure, it's a great adventure.” It sure is. So sit back, relax, and enjoy your stay.

Sarah (Founder, Jr. Administrator)

My name is Sarah (formerly sbelle731 on MJJB) and I currently live in Indiana, US. I've been a fan of Michael for as long as I've been a fan of music. When I was younger, I remember playing Thriller on my parents' record player and dancing around the basement. The first CD I ever owned was Dangerous. I still have it, but it doesn't play anymore.

I first joined MJJB in 2009 when I felt there wasn’t anywhere else to turn. After the announcement of the board closure, the opportunity presented itself to keep working to preserve Michael’s legacy through MJJE and I jumped at the chance. MJ fans have become a second family to me and I look forward to creating new memories. I'm thrilled to be here and I hope everyone who visits feels the same.

Selina (Founder, Administrator)

Hi everyone! My name is Selina, and I'm a 22 year old from California, USA. I grew up listening to Michael's music (courtesy of my older brother who was obsessed with him). Even though I was aware of his music, and considered him a musical genius all my life, I truly became a "fan" after Michael passed away. His passing affected me a lot and I would constantly find myself thinking about him and feeling upset. I just had to know more about him. I spent the entire summer of '09 watching youtube videos, listening to his music, and reading books about him. I became a fan of Michael the person, before I became a fan of his music. I don't know of anyone who is as compassionate, giving, friendly, loving, and genuine as Michael Jackson. I look up to him for that reason.

When it was announced that MJJB (which had been our home for such a long time) was closing, we were all devastated. The idea of starting our own forum stemmed from the fact that none of us wanted to split up and lose the numerous close friendships that we had formed over the years. Even though I will always remember MJJB, I look forward to seeing a lot of my old friends in our new home.

Hiii, I'm Shannon!! (StrangerInWales from MJJB). I live in Wales, in the UK and will be 18 in September!

I became what I consider a true Michael Jackson fan of around 2008, when I discovered more about the man and fell in love with everything about him, but Michael's music has been part of my life ever since I could remember.

I became part of MJJE when the awful news of MJJB's closure came to light. The moderating team wanted to go on continuing Michael's legacy and create a new haven for MJ fans to reside to and thus, MJJE was born! Here's to remembering the old and wonderful memories MJJB gave us and creating new ones with MJJE!! Much love! xx

The Phantom Lady (Founder, Moderator)

Hey! I'm MaJa, but most people call me MJ! I'm 21 and I live in Denmark.

I became a fan of Michael Jackson April 12th 2004 when Michael saved and changed my life. one smile and I was in love forever! I joined my first MJ board the year after and when that shut down abruptly I joined the wonderful place that was MJJB less than a month after that opened and I was there right to the end as 'Victim of Love'. When I was asked if I wanted to take part in MJJE I didn't think twice before accepting! I am very much looking forward to seeing this place evolve and being an active part in this.

My heart also belongs to Fan Fiction, so while I am not an 'official' Fan Fic mod you can always ask me a question about Fan Fics, I've been writing since 2004!
